Congratulations are in order for Bachelor in Paradise alum, Krystal Nielson. The former reality star recently revealed she and boyfriend Miles Bowles are expecting their first child together.
Before Krystal became a mother-to-be, she competed for Arie Luyendyk's heart on season 22 of The Bachelor. She made it far on the season, but was branded the villain early on in the show. After not receiving Arie's final rose, Krystal went off to Mexico to appear on BIP. She quickly fell for Chris Randone, as known as "Goose," who appeared on Becca Kufrin's season of The Bachelorette. The couple were engaged by the end of the summer and married the following summer during an episode of BIP. The paradise pair announced their split in February after only eight months of marriage.
Following her split from Randone, the fitness coach revealed she is expecting in an emotional video posted to her Instagram page. In the video, the 33 year old awaits the results of her pregnancy test. "Oh my God, my whole life would change ... my heart is pounding so hard," she says anxiously. Eventually, the test turns positive and Krystal begins to cry tears of joy. The former reality star also posted an extended version on her YouTube channel showing her learning the news and other moments she has experienced since finding out she is expecting. She shows her and Miles speaking of the moment they found out, her baby bump at 17 weeks, and a behind-the-scenes look at her maternity shoot on the beach. At the end, Krystal reveals the due date of her child, which is April 2021. "I'm feeling so anxious and excited and nervous and whoa, all of it. I'm just honestly ready. Krystal began to hint that she had been dating someone new when she shared a picture on Instagram of her kissing Miles in early October. She officially introduced him to her fans on October 30 with several pictures, revealing he is her boyfriend in the caption. The relationship came as a surprise to many, as she and her ex-husband, Chris, had just announced their separation earlier this year. The decision to separate was mutual, as they both felt they needed to work on themselves outside of the marriage.
