Amelia Gray Hamlin, daughter of Lisa Rinna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is living in the lap of luxury in her new $5,700 a month apartment. Fans got a sneak peek into the Los Angeles apartment during the August 19 RHOBH episode. With the help of Kyle Richards' daughter, Alexia Umansky, Amelia was ready to start looking for her apartment.
Amelia Gray had a very prominent role in this Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season. She opened up on RHOBH about her eating disorder and how being away in New York for school was a struggle. The daughter of actor Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna mulled over moving and ultimately decided to stay in Los Angeles, close to her parents. Amelia chose to go to school and continue her budding modeling career in L.A. All she had to do was find an apartment to jump-start her new beginning in LA. Lisa Rinna claimed in a confessional that she would be willing to help out her daughter by offering a fair amount of $1,000 a month. Some fans wonder how Amelia Gray can afford the apartment she is renting.
BravoTV reported on Wednesday night, during the RHOBH reunion part 2, that Lisa Rinna may not be helping her daughter financially in any way. "It's all her money," Lisa revealed at the reunion. "I'm not even helping her $1,000." As fellow cast members Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, and Garcelle Beauvais looked very impressed by the 19-year-old's accomplishment, Lisa Rinna elaborated more on how her youngest daughter was able to afford such an expensive apartment. "That's her modeling money, Amelia Gray makes more money than all of us," Lisa Rinna has said proudly. Aside from modeling income, Amelia and her older sister Delilah Belle created a clothing line called "DNA", which was shown early in the season. Amelia's upscale apartment features 900-square feet of space and has one bedroom, one bathroom, and certain features from the wishlist Amelia had previously given to Alexia, her realtor.
Even though Amelia seemed very excited to settle into the apartment, it seems she has since moved into a new house with her older sister, Delilah. Amelia posted a series of stories to Instagram last month, showing off the stunning new space while thanking realtor Alexa Kort from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Alexa is part of agent Josh Flagg's team. The home reportedly has two bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, and what looks to be a private outdoor space.
It seems as though Amelia Gray is doing just fine financially, without the help of her RHOBH parents. With her clothing line and her growing modeling career, Amelia can surely afford to have the finer things in life.
