90 Day Fiancé announced recently on Instagram that Jesse Meester will appear on 90 Day: The Single Life season 2 alongside Jeniffer Tarazona. Previously, TLC teased that the show's seven single cast members would include two people from past 90 Day Fiancé relationships that began dating each other. The show will also feature Debbie Johnson, Natalie Mordovtseva, Stephanie Matto, Big Ed Brown and Syngin Colchester.
Jesse is a personal trainer from Amsterdam who originally appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days seasons 1 and 2 with former love interest Darcey Silva. Jesse and Darcey had a tumultuous relationship and broke up before the end of season 2. Fans may remember Jeniffer from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3, who appeared on the show with North Carolina resident Tim Malcolm when he flew to Colombia to meet her after an online romance. Tim famously gave Jeniffer a promise ring that he previously gave to his ex, Veronica Rodriguez, as an engagement ring. Jeniffer and Tim reportedly did not stay together for much longer past the season's air date.
The trailer for 90 Day: The Single Life season 2 that was posted on 90 Day Fiancé's Instagram page not only announced that the final two singles joining the cast are Jesse and Jeniffer but also revealed that the two will be featured on the show while dating each other. The trailer showed a steamy shower scene between Jesse and another woman, though the camera was positioned so the audience couldn't see her face. Infamous 90 Day Fiancé franchise villain Jesse then said, "It feels like I'm falling in love with you," to the woman. The camera showed her face, which revealed that it was Jeniffer. The Colombian beauty then referred to dating Tim as a "complete disaster." She then said that she sees a future with Jesse but that she is dating someone else as well. The trailer showed her hugging another man while holding a bouquet of flowers, but the camera did not show the mystery man's face.
Although the trailer is the first time that it has been confirmed, there have been previous rumors that Jeniffer and Jesse are seeing each other. Several days before 90 Day Fiancé released the trailer for The Single Life season 2, fans may have noticed that Jeniffer shared a video to her Instagram page of herself and Jesse bungee jumping in Colombia. The video showed the pair in a very intimate pose face-to-face as they jumped into a forest on a bungee cord. Although it was hard to tell that Jennifer's bungee partner was in fact Jesse, the Dutch personal trainer himself commented on the post with a heart emoji and the question, "What's next? A waterfall?" One fan also commented, "Isn't that Jesse? Wow happy for them." Jesse also posted the same video to his Instagram page. Neither of the Before the 90 Days cast members tagged each other in the videos.
Jesse is arguably one of the least liked cast members in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, along with Big Ed. Therefore, fans are likely surprised to see Jesse and Ed returning to the show for The Single Life season 2. Because this is the first time in 90 Day Fiancé history that two former cast members have returned to the show while dating each other, fans may be even more surprised to see Jesse return to the show alongside Jeniffer. Given these factors, the season will definitely be interesting to watch.
