The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is back for a sophomore season with all-new taglines, drama and a new housewife. The newest addition to the popular Bravo franchise has kept fans' attention on and off the screens since its jaw-dropping debut. Original cast members including Jen Shah, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, Lisa Barlow and Mary Cosby all began shooting shortly after the three-part reunion aired in late February.
Fans left the ladies with a lot of pending drama. During the reunion special, Lisa and Heather got into a screaming match over knowing each other before production began. The drama came to a gloomy halt once Heather claimed the duo will never be friends, and Lisa stormed off set in hysteria. Since then, fans have been keeping up with the ladies, specifically Jen, as she navigates through her legal troubles for allegedly running a sizable telemarking scheme. Victims of Jen's alleged crime claim they bought into investment plans with fake businesses. Jen pleaded not guilty to the charges back in April and is currently awaiting her trial.
Bravo's newest teaser trailer, revealed by E! News, showcases the cast's frosty taglines and proves that RHOSLC fans no longer have to refresh their news to stay updated on Jen's legal battle as the new season will showcase all that and more. One major highlight of the video includes the moment when Meredith begins gossiping about the "hundreds of lives [Jen] has ruined." Jen then snaps back that the Bravo star is "******* disgusting" and "fraudulent."
Jen keeps consistent in her belief that she's innocent by using the show's opening to say, "The only thing I'm guilty of is being Shah-mazing." As for the other cast members' season 2 taglines, Whitney calls herself a "wild rose," Lisa discusses her love for herself, Meredith promises to "bring the heat" and Mary notes she'll "send Jesus after" anyone who starts drama with her. Wrapping it all up, Heather gives a toast to raising a glass of champagne after being raised as Mormon.
Fans don't know much about newcomer Jennie Nguyen, but with a tagline like, "I have plenty of everything including opinions," she's sure to stir up the other steaming pot. According to Bravo, the upcoming reality star was born in Vietnam but came to the United States when she was just 7 years old. Since then, Jennie has become friends with Lisa and isn't nervous to ask the group of new ladies in her life the tough questions that ultimately start new drama. Jennie recently sold her medical spas to become a stay at home mother to her three children.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City premieres Sunday, September 12 at 9pm on Bravo.
