KUWTK: Kim Kardashian's Top Met Gala Looks Through The Years Ranked

Kim Kardashian from Keeping Up With the Kardashians has worn a variety of show-stopping ensembles to the Met Gala, and we're ranking some of her most memorable looks today. In 2013, Kim first appeared at the Met Gala as a "plus one" for Kanye West. Now, she and Kayne are over. He could be dating model Irina Shayk. She is Bradley Cooper's baby mama.

Her first appearance on the red carpet was emotional and she cried after she got home. While looking back at that moment, according to The Cut, Kim said, "I was so nervous! I didn't know anyone & I'm sure no one wanted me there lol. I did my own lipstick & the color is so off. I went home & cried after of insecurity but this is one of my fave looks now." Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans have certainly appreciated every time Kim has stepped onto the red carpet. She has sported different designers throughout the years. This list is ranked from worst Met Gala look to best.

At number four, we have Kim's 2017 look. Although she previously stated that 2017 was a bit bumpy for her, some of her best looks came from that year. She wore a white outfit that complimented her skin tone and highlighted her curvy figure. The outfit had a fairy vibe and the exposed shoulders gave it a damsel in distress feel. Kim made a solo entry in the white gown by Vivienne Westwood. She posted a picture with the caption, "AFTER AFTER MET." While some thought that this was one of her more controversial looks, which is why we gave it the lowest ranking, there were Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans who loved it. A fan said, "Kim is the definition of beauty."

At number three in the rankings, we have Kim's Balmain look from 2016. Kim's Met Gala look from that year was shining bright, thanks to her pure silver outfit. She posted this video on Instagram, posing with the rapper Kanye. The two have absolutely always rocked their Met Gala looks, including their matching Balmain ensembles from 2016. Kim's outfit was reflective and the stitching had an armor-like look. The look seems to have been inspired by '60s visions of outer space. Although the look was appreciated by many, the former "closet girl" and SKIMS and KKW beauty founder thought it was a mistake to bleach her eyebrows.

Another one of Kim's best looks, which is her second-best Met Gala look, came from 2015. She went to the Met Gala with her then-husband Kanye. Kim wore a dress by Peter Dundas and Roberto Cavalli, which was slightly see-through and sparkly. The gown was simply gorgeous. Kim thought the same and wrote, "Met Gala 2015 thank you @peter_dundas for this gorgeous gown!!!" Many fashion enthusiasts loved the gown and complimented Kim. Some comments read, "Love it! Stunning" and "love the gown. it's really pretty and suits you really well Kim." Kim has sported great looks while pregnant. At the time of Met Gala 2015, she was two months pregnant with baby Saint, who is now 5-years-old.

The best look Kim ever sported at a Met Gala is at number one in the rankings. This experimental look is designer style done right, as it shows Kim in an outfit that always appears wet. The entire outfit is adorned with small embellishments that look like drops of water. The perfectly polished hair and makeup style, in addition to the Thierry Mugler outfit, make it look like water is dripping all over her body. The look is unique, and Kim has thanked everyone who made it possible. She captioned her IG post as, "Still obsessing over my Met Gala glam!! Tap to shop my look. Major shout out to @makeupbymario & @chrisappleton1 for the magic!" Many Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans loved this look and left comments like, "One of the best looks of all time," and "I love this dress. looks like she is draped in water."
