Raquel "Rocky" Dakota was featured on season three of Below Deck and has since been busy working outside the yachting industry. During her time working on the Eros megayacht, Rocky was a very polarizing figure. She brought a lot of energy to the show that was sometimes off-putting to her castmates and the viewers. Nonetheless, Rocky managed to grab the attention of deckhand Emilie and even had a short-lived boatmance with bosun Eddie Lucas.
However, Rocky did not have a good working relationship with her chief stew Kate Chastain, especially after she blamed Kate for getting her "best friend" Chef Leon fired. In fact, the third stew even tried to get herself fired by stripping down to her undergarments and jumping off the side of the yacht. She even swam all the way to another boat to see if she could crash there for the time being. Things did not work in Rocky's favor and she stayed on the boat until the end of the season.
So what is Rocky up to know? Well, the former reality star left the yachting industry shortly after her season of Below Deck aired. Rocky also spent some time traveling the world but did some smaller stew work for a little while. In December 2016, the former reality star decided to move to Hawaii, a place she had lived previously while she was in college. While living in Hawaii, Rocky decided to live out a dream of hers and is now working as a surfer and competitive national diver (via Reality Titbit). She is also a certified ski instructor, surf guide, Aquabat, yogi, as well a cook. Rocky presented her culinary skills on the Bravo series after Chef Leon left Eros. While viewers may have seen Rocky's love life as a mess, she has since found true love. Rocky started a relationship with her new love, Mark, around three to four years ago (via Distractify).
The couple appears to be very happy together, plus they share a love of outdoor activities such as hiking, surfing, and boating. Rocky's Instagram may be private now, but Internet sleuths were able to see the cute snaps of the couple before she changed the privacy of her account. What fans also discovered was that Rocky's younger sister, Sophia Tiare Bartlow, passed away in a tragic car accident in 2017 while driving with her then-boyfriend Sage Candeleria. Rocky, who was close with Chef Leon, often shares photos of her sister on social media by frequently memorializes her with posts. The former stew has been vocal about her struggles with mourning the death of her sister and wanting to help others who have gone through similar situations.
Rocky has since moved on from her days on Below Deck and is enjoying her life out of the spotlight. She didn't get the greatest edit on the show and was liked by many of her castmates. Nonetheless, Rocky is happy with her new life in Hawaii with her long-time love, Mark. It's safe to see Bravo fans will not be seeing a return of Rocky any time soon.
