90 Day Fiancé: How Natalie Mordovtseva Secretly Lost 30 Pounds

The popular Natalie Mordovtseva from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has been looking very different on Instagram than how she typically looks with Mike Youngquist on Happily Ever After? season 6. The former Ukrainian actress Natalie wowed Mike with her modeling photos before he met her in Kyiv. But after her 90 Day Fiancé season 7 debut, Natalie has shocked fans with her changing appearance both on and off-screen. However, while brushing aside rumors of her being pregnant with Mike’s baby or getting breast implants, Natalie revealed she’d put on 30 extra pounds, which she has now lost thanks to a secret routine.

While becoming an actress in America is on Natalie’s mind, she’s well aware that at 36, her chances of a breakthrough in Hollywood are slim. But Natalie does believe that she works hard and looks forward to working in local TV stations instead. In order to better her chances of acting in movies, as she did back home in Ukraine, Natalie has been trying to get her pre-marriage body back and has also somehow succeeded. Just like Natalie, her rumored ex Mike also had to deal with a weight gain of 340 pounds after his first divorce from his wife, Kristen.

While Happily Ever After? star Mike lost his weight strictly from diet and exercise, it has not been the same for Natalie. Natalie came clean about her sudden weight gain while she was denying getting any plastic surgery done to an Instagram fan. She also revealed that she had put on around 20-30 pounds due to stress-eating. She ended up doing an Instagram live where Natalie confessed to getting liposuction on her chin, stomach, belly, and waist.

During the 90 Day Fiancé season 8 Tell-All Natalie Mordovtseva seemed to be impressed by Rebecca Parrott’s plastic surgery results and had opted to get hers done at the same place. In her confessional, Natalie added that while she looked slim in photos, she wanted to look good without clothes on. The reason Natalie didn't exercise to lose weight is due to her belief that when women with large chests exercise to reduce their tummy, they lose their breasts. While this was in May 2021, in July, the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star suddenly started singing a different tune.

Along with her trainer Jeyran Dursunova, Natalie did another Instagram live where she alleged that it was diet and exercise that made her “look perfect” in three months. She’d met her trainer on an intermittent fasting group on Facebook, and Jeyran would then send Natalie programs to follow, which included what and when to eat while they exercised from a distance. “In three months, she was able to go from 165 pounds to 136 pounds, which is almost 27 pounds,” revealed the trainer about Natalie via Instagram live. The customized meal plan and training involved a keto diet and intermittent fasting of 16:8, which includes 16 hours of fasting and an 8-hour eating window.

The success of the “My Fitness Way” coaching program led Natalie to promote it herself on IG at a 30% discount for her followers while offering 24-hour support for three months and access to a private Facebook group. As always, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Natalie found herself in a sticky situation when a couple of days later, her IG story featured her getting body contouring, yet another procedure to look slim. Naturally, Natalie was labeled a fraud by fans who have been following her fitness journey and know that she took shortcuts to lose weight instead of going to a “gym club” like Julia Trubkina would have said.
