Whenever the leading lady chooses who she wants to be with at the end of her season, fans always want to know more about them. They wonder about their life, their career, their education, etc. Many Bachelorette alums go on to become social media influencers after their season aires. However, fans may be surprised to know how much education some of the winners of The Bachelor have, making them technically the "smartest" winners.

10 Garrett Yrigoyen

Garrett Yrigoyen was the winner of Becca Kufrin's season. The two were engaged and seemed happy together. Unfortunately, they recently ended their relationship and Garrett has publicly moved on with his new girlfriend. Garrett graduated with his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2012. According to his LinkedIn profile, Yrigoyen now runs his own business as an Emergency Medical Technician and Firefighter.

9 Shawn Booth

Shawn Booth won the heart of Kaitlyn Bristowe on the eleventh season of the show. They were engaged for three years before announcing their split in 2018, which left fans of the couple devastated.

Before his time on the show, Shawn had already graduated from Kenne State College with a bachelor's degree in 2008. After that, he became a personal trainer. Then, after the show aired, he started running his own fitness business and started having more success as a personal trainer.

8 Zac Clark

Zac Clark was a contestant on the Clare Crawley/Tayshia Adams season of The Bachelorette. Clare was the original Bachelorette for the season before she quickly fell madly in love with Dale Moss. The two left the show together, engaged. Since there were still so many other contestants waiting to find love, Tayshia was named the new Bachelorette. This was when the two finally got to meet and they fell in love as well. At the end of the season, Tayshia gave Zac her final rose and he proposed to her. Zac Clark graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine degree from York College in 2006.

7 Josh Murray

Josh Murray was Andi Dorfman's final pick on her season of The Bachelorette. He proposed to her in the finale episode and the two were engaged. Sadly, they broke it off before ever walking down the aisle. Looking at Josh Murray, and seeing that his profession was that of a former professional baseball player, fans might assume he is just a dumb jock. That is not the case though. Josh Murray graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

6 Chris Siegfried

Chris Siegfried was the winner on Desiree Hartsock's season of The Bachelorette. Early in her season, it was easy to tell that she was falling for both Chris and another contestant Brooks Forester. Then, Brooks left the show just before his Fantasy Suite date.

After Brooks left, Des realized she only wanted to be with Chris. So she sent the third contestant home and didn't tell Chris that he was the only one still there and who got to meet her family until right before he proposed to her. They just celebrated six years of marriage. Chris Siegfried is a very successful Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Plus, if he has been part of one of the only successful couples on this list, then he must be pretty smart.

5 Ed Swiderski

Ed Swiderski was a contestant on the show's fifth season, where he and Jillian Harris met and got engaged. Before going on the show, Swiderski had already graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management. Since graduating, he has worked for several companies in the field of technology. Some of these include Microsoft, NuSoft, and Magenic. Ed co-found his own digital marketing agency and has written and published a book on it. He now has a net worth of around $10 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.

4 Jed Wyatt

Jed Wyatt won the heart of Hannah Brown on the show’s fifteenth season. The two were engaged until it was revealed that Jed was only on the show to promote his music. He even apparently had a girlfriend waiting at home for him the entire time.

Jordan Rodgers was a contestant on JoJo Fletcher’s season. The two got engaged and are still together as of the time of writing. Jordan Rodgers is also known for being the brother of famous football player, Aaron Rodgers. Jordan also played football too, at Vanderbilt University where he had a scholarship and got a bachelor’s degree. Today he has a successful career as a sports broadcaster.

2 Jef Holm

Jef Holm was the final pick of bachelorette Emily Maynard. The two were engaged until rumors surfaced that Maynard had been cheating on Holm. They broke it off shortly afterward. Jef Holm got his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah, graduating with honors. Today, he lives in Venice as the CEO of People Water.

Bryan Abasolo was a contestant on Rachel Lindsay’s season. She gave him her final rose and the two have since been married. Rachel and Bryan are quite the power couple. She is a lawyer and he is a chiropractor. To become a chiropractor, you must get a bachelor’s degree and a doctorate degree.
