The first contender for Drag Race España's crown is Arantxa Castilla La Mancha. Arantxa, whose makeup is inspired by All Stars 3 winner Trixie Mattel, was born in Badajoz, EX, Spain, but currently resides in Madrid. At only 23 years old, Arantxa is a quirky comedian who has her own podcast on Spotify, Ohhhuh Yeah. Cleverly, Arantxa Castilla La Mancha is meant to parody Miley Cyrus's Disney stage name Hannah Montana, as both last names are country regions that rhyme with their first names.

31-year-old Carmen Farala is originally from Sevilla, AN, Spain, though like her season one sister Arantxa, Carmen has since settled in Madrid. Carmen's last name "Farala" translates to "frills," perhaps referencing the movement of a traditional flamenco dress. Carmen is part of a singing-dancing girl group Hermanas Farala, which has achieved over 50,000 views on YouTube.

Catalonian Dovima Nurmi is the next international Drag Race contestant. Currently living in Barcelona, Dovima is a fashion designer and stylist with almost 25,000 followers on Instagram. Dovima's name is the result of blending the 1950s model Dovima with the last name of the actress Maila Nurmi, who starred in the gothic film Vampira.

Isidro Javier Pérez Mateo, better known by the stage name Drag Vulcano, is one of Drag Race España's less subtle competitors. The 30-year-old drag queen traveled from Las Palmas, CN, Spain to fight for the title of España's First Drag Superstar. Drag Vulcano's style of drag is known as "Las Canarias Drag," which is known for big headpieces and androgynous makeup. In 2020, Vulcano placed runner-up in Spain's most prominent drag contest, "Gala Drag Queen de Las Palmas."

Hugáceo Crujiente is a 25-year-old non-binary queen from Valencia, VC, Spain. Hugáceo Crujiente is the first contestant of any Drag Race franchise to get their name from Spongebob Squarepants. Their drag name is the culmination of mixing their first out-of-drag name Hugo with the translation for the Krusty Krab, "Crustácio Crujiente."

The youngest contender of the group at 20, Inti is the Drag Race contestant to be born in the 2000s. Named after the Incan Sun god, Inti is a non-binary Indigenous Bolivian from Antwerp, Belgium. Despite being the only Drag Race España contestant not from Spain, Inti is known to frequent the Spanish Ballroom scene.

The essential worker of the group, Killer Queen is a working doctor out of drag. Killer Queen is 31 years old and lives in Madrid. Killer got her name when she took on the part of Killer Queen in the musical We Will Rock You. She has been on the frontline helping patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Singing and dancing queen The Macarena is an entertainer from San Fernando, Cádiz, though she has since settled down in La Isla. Macarena is a 29-year-old non-binary drag queen who prefers she/her and they/them pronouns in drag, but has no preference out of drag. The Macarena got their name from the popular Los Del Río dance song.

The most seasoned drag queen of the bunch, Pupi Poisson started doing drag in 2006. Pupi has appeared on Spanish reality television before, as she was first a contestant on Got Talent España. Pupi Poisson is a 39-year-old from Madrid with over 20,000 followers.

22-year-old Sagittaria hails from Barcelona, Spain. A true fan of season 10 winner, Aquaria, Sagittaria named herself after the Sagittarius zodiac sign. Strangely enough, Sagittaria's Sun sign is in Cancer and her Moon is in Pisces.
