After confirming their relationship in January, sources claimed the Talentless founder wasn't surprised by their courtship. Kourtney and Travis spent years as friends and neighbors before deciding to take things to the next level. Prior to them getting together, Scott had already moved on from his ex, Sofia Richie, with 19-year-old model Amelia Hamlin. While many assumed Scott was fine with Kourtney dating Travis, the final season of KUWTK proved otherwise. He admitted his "big fear" was seeing Kourtney seriously date someone else.

On Mother's Day, Kourtney shared a video of the extravagant floral arrangement Travis gifted her. But Scott was noticeably mum on the holiday, despite Kourtney being the mother of his three kids. "I honestly think Scott ignored Kourtney for Mother’s Day due to his bitterness of Kravis," one fan said on Reddit.
The Redditor went on to note the possible "pettiness going on behind the scenes," between the two co-parents. "I think Kourtney is the type that would have shared a text, or flowers from him if she had received them like she did for her birthday 3 weeks ago." On Kourtney's birthday, fans called Scott out after he posted a birthday post for one of his friends before sharing a general happy birthday post on his Instagram Story for Kourtney. "I’m officially believing the 'he isn’t happy with Kravis' stories now. It’s just weird," the Redditor added. Others joined the discussion to debate whether or not Scott actually honored his baby mama on Mother's Day.
There were some who defended Scott and refused to believe he ignored the mother of his kids. "She controls the narrative and she wanted people to see what Travis did for her," one person said.
