Cody Calafiore tells Enzo Palumbo that he lied to Bayleigh Dayton about Daniele Donato's plan to backdoor her on Big Brother 22: All-Stars. This season features several alliance formations that have mostly consisted of the same people. However, there's no denying that these alliances have been rather unstable... leaving fans very confused as to which groups are actually trying to play the game together. Nonetheless, the two main dominant alliances in the house have been the Committee and the Slick Six, both of which feature three of the same houseguests.
The Committee and the Slick Six are two six-person alliances on Big Brother 22. The alliance known as the Committee consists of Cody, Christmas, Daniele, Memphis, Nicole Franzel, and Tyler. In turn, Cody, Daniele, and Tyler are also in the Slick Six alliance, which also includes Bayleigh, Da'Vonne, and Enzo. Thus far, the Committee alliance has been far more stable than the Slick Six. With that said, the houseguests have raised their doubts about Memphis and Christmas, ultimately putting that alliance in question. Now, Cody is also concealing some information from Bayleigh that is related to Daniele.
Live feed viewers saw a particular interaction between Cody and Enzo that took place this Tuesday, September 1 inside the Big Brother: All-Stars storage room. The night before, Cody had a serious conversation with Bayleigh where she asked him about a supposed plan from Daniele to backdoor him. Consequently, Cody told Enzo that he "played dumb" to Bayleigh upon hearing her questions. During his interaction with Enzo, Cody confused Bayleigh's name with Da'Vonne's... but the fans were clear on the fact that he was actually talking about Bayleigh. Nonetheless, Cody and Enzo praised Bayleigh's gameplay and faulted Da'Vonne for lying to her friend. You can watch this interaction between Cody and Enzo in the tweet below.
So far, Cody has succeeded in playing all of the sides inside the BB22 house. As such, it is still not entirely clear to the viewers which alliance will be actually taken seriously by Cody. He seems to have a very strong agreement with Nicole Franzel, but his alliance with Enzo is also pretty solid. Cody has raised a lot of questions about Tyler, Daniele, and Bayleigh as of late... but has also worked with all of them on occasion. All in all, Cody's true loyalty - like the one he had with Derrick Levasseur on Big Brother 16 - is still not crystal clear to the fans.
It is likely that Cody hasn't shown his cards yet because he doesn't know which of his allies will actually be able to stay in the house for the long term. Thus, he has been protecting his game and managing the potential jury members, which is what it usually takes to win this show.
