Many 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans got to see a completely different side of Eric Nichols in recent episodes. He threatened to call the cops on his girlfriend, Larissa Dos Santos Lima, and demanded that she give him the phone she loaned him. During the disagreement, fans were mesmerized by Eric's unusually aggressive hand movements while talking to the camera and his girlfriend.
Larissa got back together with her on-again, off-again boyfriend with a lot of hope. She thought that Eric loved her unconditionally, and decided to give him another try. Earlier, the couple broke up because Larissa thought there was no spark in their relationship and insisted they started living more like friends than lovers. During the initial dates, the duo acted maturely and talked about the reasons for their break up. They promised not to dig up each other's past and to only think about moving forward. But recently, the mom of two found out that when they were broken up, Eric talked to other women about their private details and intimacy. The revelation caused serious problems and the 33-year-old was on the verge of leaving Eric yet again. But before she walked away, she decided to confront Eric about why he bad-mouthed about her.
Larissa and Eric had a heated fight, during which Eric reminded her that they were not supposed to bring up whatever happened when the two weren't together. He said, "You agreed that once we got back together, whatever happened in our past during our time of when we were broken up, it would not affect what we are doing now." Although he makes sense, what viewers are most baffled about is his exaggerated and bizarre hand movements. Honestly, those hands made his sequence really difficult to watch. It was so out of character for him! A few Reddit users also pointed out his overly-expressive behavior. One user wrote, "He's trying to seem authentic. It's not working. It's like watching a criminal trying to convince detective he didn't kill the girl when he knows they already know he did it... overly expressing." Another Reddit user commented on Eric's weird behavior, saying, "I am confused, he is ridiculously expressive with his hands. It's a bit disconcerting, like he is over-emoting with his gestures. All the same, whatever works for him." Well, Larissa seems like a really strong woman, but now viewers are a little about her safety. Did she do the right thing by moving in with Eric so soon in their relationship? Now, she can't even ask her Brazilain friend, Carmen, to take her in because she already warned her and asked to stay away from Eric.
Looking at the couple's social media presence, it seems they sorted out their problems. They look pretty happy in the recent posts and are planning a future together. It will be interesting to see in the upcoming episodes how they resolved their issues and are still holding on to each other.
