90 Day Fiance: More On Ash's Homeland Island Mauritius Near Madagascar

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Avery Warner went out to meet her longtime boyfriend Ash Naeck with plans of marrying him. It seems there are some snags in their plan, as he's yet to be granted an Australian passport, due to not being born there. So where is Ash from exactly?

Season 4 introduced viewers to a new host of couples taking part in 90 Day Fiancé including Yolanda, Geoffrey, Big Ed, Lisa, Darcey and co. In episode 2 of the show, fans watched Avery flew out to Australia to meet her boyfriend Ash Naeck at long last after the pair met online. Relationship coach Ash lives in Australia but comes from Mauritius. Ash's Instagram provides an insight into where he lives, but, the 90 Day star's profile doesn't offer much on his homeland.

Although Ash resides in Melbourne, Australia with his 10-year-old son, Taj, the island of Mauritius is where he's is originally from. While Melbourne, Victoria has stunning views of its own, Ash's homeland is a sight to behold. The island of Mauritius is located off the coast of Africa near Madagascar. It's comprised of gorgeous beaches, tranquil turquoise waters and lush vegetation as well as volcanic rock.

While Ash's homeland is a place of relaxation and paradise for some, that's far from what his relationship has been with Avery at times. In the first nine months of being a long-distance couple, Avery and Ash broke up three times. The reasons for the pair splitting often came down to trust issues. With Ash being a relationship coach, specifically catering to single women, Avery voiced concerns over his profession and even questioned whether her boyfriend's responses to her questions were too good to be true, she said: "Ash knows all the right things to say".

Located in the middle of the Indian Ocean, Mauritius has a long history and for different periods of time, the island has been colonized by the Dutch, French and British. French, English and Creole all are languages spoken in Mauritius, although it would seem that Ash has managed to bag himself a diploma in the language of love.

Since appearing on the show, Ash has faced some backlash for the way he looks as well as the way in which he speaks to Avery and that controversial seminar he held. It's still yet to be confirmed whether Ash will be coming to the USA on a K-1 (fiancé) visa, but the pair can be seen looking very happy together via both of their Instagram accounts. As of May 2020, Avery and Ash look to still be an item, posing for photos with their children in Australia. Fans will have to wait and see if this couple will make it to the end.
